About me
Nice to meet you! My name is Magnolia Winroth, commonly known as Toffuo online. I'm a comic creator, illustrator, and translator from Sweden.My most known work is Uriah, a psychological horror comic on WEBTOON Originals.I have a strong passion for manga and comics. I constantly strive to challenge my own art and storytelling, as well as to distribute others' comics to a wider audience.Education & experience
I studied at Serieskolan (Comic Art School) between 2015-2017 in Malmö, Sweden. I've worked as an Original Creator for WEBTOON since 2019. I've done several projects, for example, one with NORD DDB for League of Legends "Twitter UK", and an art exhibition with the Royal Armoury of Sweden.Nosebleed Studio
I'm co-owner of Nosebleed Studio, a Swedish manga publisher and artist collective. We produce and publish series in Swedish, both as physical copies and digitally in our app Nosebleed Manga. I mainly work as a creator, translator and marketing manager.Interviews

Comics
UriahUriah is a psychological horror comic for mature audiences. It was released in 2019 as a WEBTOON Original in English and Spanish. It's still ongoing.
In 2023, the print edition of the first volume was released by Nosebleed Studio in Swedish.

Manga Royals – Kungliga kläder i mangastil
"Manga Royals - Royal attire in manga"A collaboration with the Nosebleed Studio team. It's an illustrated book with pictures of Swedish royals and the outfits they wore back in the day. This is the result of a collaboration with The Royal Armory of Sweden. The book is in Swedish and was released 2021. Lailas resa
Laila's JourneyA collaboration with the Nosebleed Studio team. An anthology of series about Swedish history. My story "Lailas resa" is inspired by my grandmother. To escape the second world war, the young Laila and Ekkie travel to Sweden from Finland, like many other Finnish children had to do alone. The book is in Swedish and was released 2017.

Older Works (before 2017)ParaZycle
A school project at Serieskolan (The Comic Art School). ParaZycle was a horror comic published as an independent webcomic, but was also issued in the British magazine NEO in issues 164 and 165. And published in Kvarnby serier 2017 by Serieskolan. The comic was discontinued when Uriah was signed as a WEBTOON Original.

Projects
My Star Guardian Moment
In 2022, NORD DDB contacted Nosebleed Studio for a League of Legends UK Twitter campaign for the new Star Guardian skin release. Players got to submit their gameplays to the team, and we (the artists in Nosebleed Studio) then got to depict these gameplays in our art style and make comics out of it. View my comic here.
Manga Royals
In 2021, The Royal Armoury of Sweden (Livrustkammaren) contacted Nosebleed Studio to make an exhibition. The artworks were exhibited next to the real garments at The Royal Armory in Stockholm. I drew King Gustav III in his French hunting uniform, and King Karl X Gustav in his funeral armour. Exhibition dates and other info, click on the link to view photos and more!

Mangaskolan
In 2018, shortly after releasing the guidebook "Serieskapande", I and two other comic creators, Natalia Batista and Elise Rosberg, started the virtual course Mangaskolan (the Manga School) in association with The Cultural School of Malmö, where we taught how to make manga/comics. The course was 6 months, in Swedish and for adults. The course is currently closed.
